If it comes to skirts made for Genesis, will they be converted to Genesis 2 Females or Males (if it is an apron) correctly or will one have such effects like on converted skirts from v4 to g2f or g3f?

Depends on how long it is.
Are you just asking if they'll fit right or what, Cosmo? A lot of clothing will autofit pretty well. Some will need smoothing modifiers. SickleYield and Zev0 have done helper products, too.
I know but if you autofit a skirt made for v4 to g2f or g3f you got problems because some parts of the skirts are autofited to the thighs and some parts to the hip so you got hard edges if you bend the tighs for example
I want to buy this but not for genesis but for genesis2male

so I do not know if the apron will fit correct
Autofitting is not a guarantee that a garment will fit properly without assistance. This also includes posing and animation. Even on the original figure, it was meant for, it might not work well for some poses, especially if they go beyond posing limits. However, this is why people use DFormers or take them to outside 3D programs such as ZBrush to make things look as you want for your render.
I know, I also use D-Formers for tops (armpits) and lats (on v4) but that was not the question.
There's no way to make assurances since there are too many invariables involved. Including whether you're trying to put it on a default figure or one with morphs.
well I thought that the geometry (bones and so on) of genesis and genesis 2 male are not so different than of m4 and genesis 2 male for example. Or is the difference equal?
I do not know genesis btw.
It isn't the geometry so much as the bends and so forth. Even identical shapes that are rigged differently are going behave differently in the same piece of clothing. How far out the joint rigging going, for example, will alter the fit of clothing. Especialy true for clothing made for an alternate shape with even nominaly different rigging.
Look in Sickle Yield's store - she has several products to help with rigging/AutoFitting using templates for AutoFit or working through Transfer Utillity.
By the way, the product http://www.daz3d.com/mad-doctor-for-genesis-male converted (autofited) from genesis to genesis 2 male works excellent.
