Looking for Tutorial for Weighting Quadrupped Throats

I have a big Problem to set and Weight the Throat and Headjoints for a Quadrupped. I allways have a big issue with the Polys of the Throat and i was not able to solve this Problem. With two Legges Creatures i have no Problems.

 

I hoped someone could make a short tutorial for Cinema 4d in wich he Rigs the Throat and the Head of a  Dog, or a cat.

I am usually looking at Wolves and they can Sniff the Ground without kneeling. Other Dogdreeds have a different Throat and they need to kneel down. I dont know why this is.

Cats as well. I tried a long Time to Rig this Problem, but i was not able to solve this.

I could use a little Help. Especially how to setup the working Joints.
