New Featured Artist Catalogs give no Rev-up %

I just notized that featured Artists Katalog for Oskarsson and Valandor don't give any Rev-up %. Might be intentional, but I'm irritated. Or am I doing something wrong?

    Did you add it to cart to see if the price was reduced?

    I just chcked Valandor and can confirm no additional discount.
