It's a Fred Winkler/Sabby character. I *think* the artists do their own promos (although it's hard to be sure, this one is a DAZ Original). You might want to PM them. It doesn't look like anything that I've seen in the store here. But I could be wrong about that.

ETA: I now suspect that I am wrong abpout that. I did a quick check on Rendo, and Sabby has used that hair on promos before. But *only* on G2F characters. So it probably is a native G2F hair. I just have no idea which one or where it lives.

If you find out, mention it here, I wouldn't mind finding it myself.

The hairline looks a lot like Lua Up Do from 3Dream over at the rendo store.
