Nice but are the seam morphs separate from the spandex morphs?

  • RawArtRawArt Posts: 6,110

The seams are from the textures that come with it. The morphs themselves do not have seams

Thanks for answering, and glad to hear we finally have spandex morphs and 'second skin'ning back.  Of course as usual I am broke at this time of year (always miss out on the big sales).

No, It never moved up far enough in my schedule to get done. But if this one does well, I am fully prepared to amke one for G3M whenever he comes out.

    Sigh. ;)
Well, you have plenty of other things I want to buy.

  • Are the veins on your model from the MASSIVE Morphs for Genesis 3 Female product?

But there are seams in the No-Suit :)     [Thanks for the renders with the veins.  Was  wondering how that product looked in a render]

Only if you use the textures that come with it...there are no seams in the morphs.

I think what makes is a total winner is the time you took to make new material zones.  Must have had some real fun making that sock morph!  lol

Fun....hah!...that is one word for it (another word may be "Alivingnightmareofstupiditythatshouldneverbeundertakenbyanyoneofsoundmind")...That is one area where there may some crunching if toe poses are applied...but I did the best I could.

I see you're a follower of the faction that consider understatement is it's own method of overstatement.

How are the wrinkles/folds done? Mesh, bump, displacement or normal maps? Looks like normal maps, but want to make sure. As long as it's not in the mesh, I'm good.

  • Most likely an HD morph, but I've been wrong before. Without a copy of the piece, I couldn't say.

Oh that's a nice polite word for it lol ... I will encourage you with the knowledge that this is what sells the product to some of us ;-) That and it will make a neat "clone" in the clone making machines :-)

I've had good results with transferring Genesis morphs to G2F. I haven't tried everything yet, but it might help you get some of the results you want.

I'm more interested in stuff that will work with both sexes, in case I want to have Nova Corps or something.

Hmm, I'll have to see how some male morphs look transferred to G2F; the basic Genesis 1 shape looks good, but the No-Suit foot morph looked a little weird. Maybe tomorrow, I need to get to bed.soon.

I supplied my Bruno morphs in the Freebies area, the hands I never got around to fixing all the way as there are some issues with the thumbs when a fist is made.  I think I got the main Bruno morph fixed but the other shapes are not so that's one turn off but the Bruno morphs look fabulous on this new Genesis model.

The fist thing isn't that hard to fix. I had all kinds of trouble with it while I was working on Rumiko, but I finally figured out how to avoid the problem.

The wrinkles are put in using HD morphs.

BUT...the HD morphs are seperate from the LD morphs, so if you simply want to smooth out areas of the body, then you can do that with the LD morphs. I really tried to make it as versitile as possible

I agree, easy fix but I got busy with my projects for Hivewire and need to finish this one for their store so the fixes for the freebie got waylaid!

That's great! BTW, I had already bought the suit. I couldn't wait.

I've got the new G3M version. I hoped there is some kind of documentation in the package. It is probably obvious for everybody, but how can I mix parts of the wardrobe with the skin of another character? Let's say I want barechested  Michael 7 with pants and socks from No Suit?

    Thanks!

Don't load G3M the way you usually would. In the No-Suit product folder (either in Smart Content or the Contenet Library) you'll find an icon for G3M; use that instead. It will load G3M with the No-Suit material zones. Put any skin texture you want on the figure, then use your shaders of choice on selected mat zones to get the look you want.
