The official way to make a feature request for DS (or Carrara etc.) is to open a Techncial Support ticket http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us
There's nothing wrong with posting in the forums too - in some cases it may net a work-around suggestion for the requested feature - but the request won't get added to any list of things to review by posting in the forum, unless someone from Daz sees it in passing.
