How to export pose

acewuacewu Posts: 0
January 2023 in Unity Discussion

I'm using daz 4.21 with DazToUnity bridge 2022.2 revison 4.9

I saw that there is a pose option in asset type dropdown options

But it is in disable status

I just wondering if anyone knows how to use it?

I have exported Daz characters in posed state with Daz to Unity bridge before

and in Unity they appears in the same pose.

However in Unity I change the rig type to Humanoid

and that way I can use any pose from Unity Asset store

if they are made for humanoid characters.

You can export poses to unity really easily by setting them up as an animation and exporting just the animation in an FBX file. It's really simple.

Good idea! It works for most case.

I found some bones are not exported.

What I want is lips animation and in this project blendshape is not allow. So I can not use morph.

I make sure lips bones have value change in DAZ Timeline.

In bridge 2022.2 there are some new animation setting options like Transfer Face Bones.

I have tried several options unfortunately it just not exported.
