How do I get the New Daz Gift Card Discount?

I put a gift card into my cart, but the 10% discount doesn't show up. I don't see any coupon code to enter. What is the trick I'm missing?

    I missed the code, too... :)

    It says: "use code: NEW-DAZ - This coupon ends on 8-28-2015"

    It tells me that code NEW-DAZ is invalid. Did it work for you? As I read the sales page, that code is for PC+ Memberships.

    The code appears to be for the PC Membership only - but I don't see the Gift Card discount either. I will send in a report on this.

    Not working for me, shows as full price.

    Sometimes logging out and logging back in fixes it. If the web team is tweaking something, sometimes things get changed but changed back, and you won't see it unless you do a logout/login (refreshing the page doesn't always work.) Kinda funky.

    I can't get the PC membership code to work, tried logging in and out just keeps saying its invalid

    If you do need to buy 3 products to get the GC discount that is pretty underhand imho, given there is no mention of the condition on the banner, and the one on the page is barely readable. I thought we were finally getting a GC sale without conditions, but sadly that appears to be a thing of the past.

    Well I tried to buy one yesterday with the automatic discount but I was double charged and then received a code that didn't wok. I was able to get the extra charge removed before it overdrew my bank account; but I still don't have a working code for the gift certificate. Meanwhile my DAZ budget is tied up in a non-working gift certificate so I can't spend much on the sales. Way to Go DAZ!

    Yep! I bought a gift card around the same time as you, and I received TWO codes in seperate emails!
    However, neither worked 'invalid code', ... I am still waitting for even a hint at action from DAZ.
    I've just an hour ago sent an up-date to my ticket mentioning my displeasure and that I have products (Pro Bundle and other stuff) in my cart, but cannot proceed as they are holding my funds!

    Edit later.. I've just received an email from DAZ thanking me for contacting them, .. and that they endevor to answer all queries as soon as possible, ... However, in the mean time perhaps I should search through the support forums, where I might find that my query has already been answered!?!

    Yea, it was a bit odd that one page said you'd get 6% (I think?) off gift cards if you purchased 3 items (offer seems to be gone now), while on the-new-face-of-daz page you'd get 10% off without any conditions (still active).

    You're right, Havos. It's just above the blue button right down at the bottom of the page, but you can look straight at it and still not know it's there. A chameleon would have been proud to pull that one off.

    I am finding that you have to highlight the whole page to see any conditions on the sales...when you hilite the page the hidden text shows up blue on a white background for me.  Is this just one more tactic by Daz..." by the time you figure out our latest sale, it will be over hahaha"

    However, I purchased a gift card at 10% off without anything else in the cart. That was about an hour before midnight DAZ time yesterday. Just tried again, it still works. So either that text is an error or there is a bug in the system.

    I jsut purchased a 200.00 gift card and tried to use the code I got in the email and all I get is error stating wrong code!!!!  Please fix this so I can shop...Daz did you ever consider that you are trying to do too many things at once...screwy website, prices not working, codes not working  etc etc....please one thing at a time and make sure it works before the next thing screws it up!!!!

     

    I want my gift card to work asap so I can buy the products I want or I will have to ask for it to be credited back to my  CC and will continue to buy nothing or limited items as I have been the last few months

    worked for me also now, without the need to buy anything else. Seems the site software was unable to read the invisible conditions either!

    I was also able to get the gift card discount to work just now without buying anything else. And the code redeemed OK. That invisible "buy 3" text is still on the sale advertising page, though.
