Problem when trying to fit gloves onto model

I bought this product recently:

However I've noticed a strange issue occurs where the fingertips of the gloves appear to be distorted when they're fit to the genesis 8 female as seen below:

These are what the gloves look like if I spawn them into the scene without any fitting:

 

How do I fix this? Thanks!
