PWTOON and Layered Image

I am using PWTOON for my characters.

When I use a PNG file on LAYERED IMAGE EDITOR ( Tatoo ), the face turns black while rendering though it looks perfect in preciew mode.

 

Any idea ?

I have found on ocasion that PNG tansparency can be iffy - try making a mask image and using that instead (essentially use your image editor to load the transparency as a selection, fill the transparent area with black and the rest with white)..
