Stonemanson's pool house - a prop layout?

Recently I bought Stonemanson's Pool House and I have a problem using it. When I load the pre-load, most of the props land in zero position, and the same happens when I load the props one by one. There's a sofa, a lamp, some art works and flowerpots and so on, and I have no idea where to put them to have the interior looking decent. Therefore I wonder if there is a prop layout available with X,Y,Z coordinates for these items, so that I can quickly find where they are supposed to go.
