where to find the resetting past downloads

Daz keeps changing their site...and now i can't find where to redownload hexagon

 

i see orders..but that is 11 yrs worth to go through....

 

i go to the Product Library...and it doesn't show up...yet i bougt it twice..and have both serials

 

and then downloading daz studio..i won't let me manually download and instal..even though i clicked that option

 

it seems they are deliberatly making this site hard to navigate

    There have been issues with the Product Library today and they are still working on it. There is no resetting of downloads needed now, the links should always work. Well, they will once the Product Library is fixed anyway!

    Yes, it's in your product library...just not today, as mentioned above.  Once that's fixed, you can sort the products by name.
