    Crabs are also arachnids, from what I know.  Giant spiders!

    What qualifies as an arachnid?

    Arachnids are spiders , harvestmen , mites and ticks , and their relatives like scorpions . All arachnids have eight legs, and unlike insects, they don't have antennae. The bodies of arachnids are divided into two sections, the cephalothorax in front and the abdomen behind.

    Oh, good points, all. I didn't know that spiders were not insects. smiley Arachnids, eh. Starship Troopers is coming to mind. It's a sci-fi book about . . .giant alien spiders. It was also adapted into a movie in the 90's which was pretty gory.

    Memo to DAZ: Only giving the 10% store credit for purchases with PayPal penalizes those of us who buy store credit with PayPal and then use the credit for purchasing.

    My email said also an extra 30% off the cart of ten items max. I had bought already this morning. If I use it depends on if I need the items offered though 14 Mar 2023. Maybe make a large cart?

    The page doesn't say, how long the offer is valid... Only that the 10% store credit "will be applied to your account before the end of the day on Tuesday, March 14."

    Never encountered any problem in all the years i bought here, but in the forums i remember like 2 people reporting such experiences, indeed.

    Really don't get it. Grab Bag catch-up is more expensive than before plus it is still not stackable. And the new items every 3 hours means new items or items which have been in grab bag already but the whole selection is devided into groups and different groups go on sale every 3 hours? Might use the PayForward-coupon later but will definitively skip Grab bag. Too complicated and less attractive.

    I have barely even been looking through the 'sales' pretty much a waste of time, complex and ultimately not very incentivising price wise.

    More like March Mehness from what I can see.

    Yeah, "more expensive" and "too complicated" are my thoughts, too - not just about today's grab bag, but the whole sale.

    And the catch-up still doesn't match previous prices - non-DO new releases were 68% off with three in cart a couple weeks ago - I witnessed that discount myself. Nothing in cart except those items, and that discount persisted all day. Now they're 55% off instead. Offering a worse price prompts me to write off a potential purchase, not give it a second chance.

    But on the plus side, the PAYFORWARD coupon bumps the discount to 69% off, effectively matching the previous price and providing an actual catch-up opportunity. That's good for PAs since I'll now give their offerings additional consideration. Good for Daz since they'll make a sale. Good for me since I'll get the items.

    It looks like DAZ may be partially affected by SVB collapse and they are trying to convert more folks to paypal? Tbh the 30% off 10 items coupon is pretty sweet in itself.

    I don't know Daz's reasons - only that the coupon redresses a complaint that I've had with these catch-ups. My point was that actually matching the previous price has good results for all parties. I purchased three "still new" releases that I'd have otherwise skipped. The coupon seems solid - and it applies to far more than just the items involved in the current sales.

    That would be pretty pointless when it is a limited selection of low-value items. The credit applies to all orders, the discount on up to 10 items would not apply to  the GrabBags anyway. Catch-ups are often more than the initial round of the osser.
