I have these, but they look a bit more like pain than I want... I would like more... Grieving type poses.

Check Renderosity and search for user called "Structure". There's a ton of free poses to choose from, and IIRC there's grieving for both V4 and M4, which will also work in a pinch for Genesis as well.
