I have a question ....
I f one has a question about a product and wishes to ask the vendor how do you get there name? For example ... I want to ask Polish a question but when I type "Polish" into the recipient box a number of differrent "Polishes" come up and none of them are just "Polish". They all have an ending of some sort.
Anyone have any idea?
Thanks for any help. :-)

I suggest you file a help request, as no one on the forum can help with the name problem. Some vendors do have a different user name for the forums. Some are just happy for DAZ 3D to do their support, which is part of the brokerage package.
DAZ is meant to provide support, rather than PAs having to do so directly. You can post your question in the forum and even if the PA doesn't drop in to answer it another member may be able to.
Oh. I have ask variuos vendors (that I COULD contact) questions in the past and they all have been most helpful and quick to reply. DAZ support sometimes takes a LONG time to get back to me. But, I suppose it is no big hurry. I can do that.
Thanks guys.
but I have asked here in the forum about the "solar system super bundle" and got no answer so far, would be much easier to ask the vendor directly

I agree. Plus, you can't get a response from DAZ tech support on weekends if you are purchasing something on sale and need a question answered. Nor can you get a quick enough reply during a flash sale.
Greetings,
Part of the brokerage agreement of the marketplace is that DAZ will provide support for the items, and be the point of contact with the PA, so they can focus on building content (and fixing it, if DAZ confirms an issue). Some PA's do read the forums, and we love them for it, but the majority both do not, and do not want to. Even those who regularly frequent these not-so-hallowed halls occasionally 'go dark' for long periods of time, as they focus on work.
I suggest you reach out to DAZ, in parallel with other efforts, but you should approach it with the expectation that DAZ support will be the most likely to succeed.

Some PAs, though not all, start product threads for their launches in the Commercial Thread forum. And you can always click their names and send a PM through the forums here. I've always tried to anwser questions in a timely manner.
