G2 Figures Suddenly being VERY slow

I don't know why this is happenng.

Using Poser Pro 2014.

Last night G2F was lagging terribly but I had two G2Fs loaded and a large scene so I figured it was that

but today I loaded G2F by itself and it took 3 minutes to load the figure.

I had installed some Aiko6 stuff but idk if that's the problem

G2F has been working rather okay but now I can't even move the dials. I click the dials to move them but it freezes and then goes maybe 2% forward or backward. I have to type everything in manually.

Running it at 64bit.

Is it because I installed Aiko 6 Pro?

edit

Same thing happening to G2M!

I KNOW this one was just working fine a couple of days ago and I haven't installed any new products for G2M!

Though he loads quicker I can't move any of his parts. I click the dial and it freezes and nothing happens!

Edit

I have uninstalled Flash

Reinstalled it

Uninstalled Poser

Reinstalled it

restarted several times

done a virus scan with nothing but browser adware coming up

removed CCleaner for whatever reaso, idk why I thought that woudl help

Made the library embedded again instead of external.

still the problem persists..

I thought for sure it was my newly updated graphics driver causing this but I rolled it back and it hasn't fixed it...

here's a video I took of me trying and failing just to move the arm of a G2F figure

Is this the same machine that was having the Flash problem?

If so, I think they may be related...

    Yes, it is.

But for future reference I really don't want to do a system restore because I don't know how exactly

and I play games and I have played games after this started happening and I don't really want to lose my saves...
