    I would have loved this offer. While I do have the V7 base figure, I dont have Bethany. Would that qualify?

    Within the time frame I just bought V7 on her own. Later on today I decided I should have bought the Pro set, so I did as it is on offer. So yes I qualified with just buying V7.

    Hopefully I can get a credit on the double purchase and retain the $50 coupon.

    I assumed it was because I hadn't bought anything V7/Genesis3 (since it doesn't work in Carrara I have no reason to) and was trying to bribe me into it.  I considered briefly purchasing V7 only with the intention of immediately returning it as a faulty item since it doesn't work in Carrara yet, just to get the free $50 worth of Daz originals, but decided that wouldn't be ethical to take advantage of a technicality, so didn't take any advantage of the offer.

    It did make me wonder if the number of V7 sales might likely be underperforming though.

    Hmm, but some people have reported buying V7 and still got the offer.

    I guess thsi time its a bit different offer.

    I haven't bought into the Genesis 3 series yet, but an offer like this would have made me try it. Maybe next time. :)

    I'm getting a "Coupon code "<insert coupon code here>" is not valid." Message when I try to apply it in the discount field. I have 2 things in my cart, fit control for genesis 2, and vascularity hd for g2/m2. Neither seem to be tagged as new. They add up to $50.90. Am I doing something wrong?

     

    Any help appreciated.

    Based on JonStark's message above the coupon offer was "...we will give you a coupon worth $50 off free DAZ originals." Neither of the two products you have in the cart are DAZ Originals so the coupon would not work.

    Based on JonStark's message above the coupon offer was "...we will give you a coupon worth $50 off free DAZ originals." Neither of the two products you have in the cart are DAZ Originals so the coupon would not work.

    Yep, that's the snag. My fault for not reading all the semi-fine print. Measure Metrics here I come.....maybe...

    It only started showing up for me a few minutes ago.  Now, I'm feeling a bit of buyer's remorse since everything for Genesis 3 is marked NEW and thus I can't use the coupon for any of that.

    I''ve been away from Daz for a few months and to me Victoria 7 is already my favourite character and I've bought Victoria since V3. She has a lot of character in her face, especially with some of the expressions and I really like one of the smile products.

    Well I havewn't bought into Genesis 3 / V7; but it didn't target me :-(. I definitely would have bought Bethany 7 if I had gotten that offer. But I didn't get any offers; so, I guess I'll just pass on getting Genesis 3 for now

    I agree... I have bought the three Pro bundles (V7, Eva and Bethany) and I find this a strange way to thank the ones who support DAZ all the time. I got no coupon and I must say that it is disappointing!

    Oh man $50 would have been nice, I was a bit put out when a thread popped up with someone asking about the promotion (which was quickly deleted!) so I'm surprised this thread has survived! I'd like to have been a receipient of this particular promotion but I guess as I bought into G3 early I didn't qualify either like many of you. Bit of a slap but maybe there will be another promotion that will target us as a subset? Maybe a thank you for supporting G3 voucher??

Why should I buy things first day if I can hold off for less than a month and get way more money off stuff in my wish list?

    There were several big discounts for owners of V7.

    That other thread was mine to begin this one was started by Takezo and we were about the same time, so I asked the admins to join the threads, no need to discuss in two threads the same thing.

    am only commenting as if only DAZ had made G3F compatable with Carrara I might have given a fig!!!

    I didn't get the offer either, but the wording really bugs me. "$50 off free DAZ originals" ???? If the DAZ originals are free, why do I need $50 off something that is already free???
