Rievel Hair vs. Rievel Hair 2

Is Rievel Hair 2 by AprilYSH simply an update of the original Rievel Hair, or is it a completely new morph package?

I much prefer the promos for the first Rievel product, but the description says it's only for V3/M3/V4/M4.

I don't have either one, but from the product pages, I would guess that it's a new item. It looks to have a few more colors than the original, and a few more morphs. If you mostly want to use it on Genesis or Genesis 2 Male or Female, get the new version; if you're more likely to use it on Generation 3 or 4 figures, get the original (which should work on Genesis, and probably on Genesis 2). There's only a 40 cent difference in price, so the only consideration should be how you want to use it.
