in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

What makes the imported model open in the program  dazstudio, or with such blemishes on the mouth how to fix it?

    1. Load the DevLoad version of the figure, if there is one (Genesis 3+)
    2. Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Shape
    3. Edit>Figure>Memorise>Memorise Figure Shape
    4. File>Save As>Support Assets>Save Modified Assets.

    The list of properties being saved at the end should tell you which was saved with a non-zero value, which is the problem - please report that to the maker/store

    Thanks Richard Haseltine for this answer, it helped. And one more question. I noticed that my models are opening with such distortion, how should I deal with it? Will I need to change settings?

    The above method should work, unless the morph that is loading by default with a non-zero value is not marked as modifier/shape. If you still have distrotions try Zero Figure, instead of Zero Figure Shape, and if that works use Memorise Figure, instead of Memorise Figure Shape.
