Extreme Closeup: Freckles for Genesis 2 Female(s)

Can someone please help me with this product. I downloaded twice with DIM but I can not find it either in the Product Manager (loading/creating tab) nor as a dial on the surfaces>Presets nor on the surfaces>editor tabs. How do I find and use this? Please don't get to technical (I am a longtime DAZ user, but Daz is like my car; always used but I don't understand the stuff under the hood).

 

Second unrelated question; another recently purchased item, 'College Hair' has two posing handles (that may not be the correct term) which are blue triangles on each side of her hair to control movement. I can not get rid of these, there is no way to turn off the visibility without also making a portion of the hair invisible. I am used to these 'posing handles, I realize you can usually get rid of them by clicking the eye icon where it is listed under the Loading>Content>scene lilsting or make it invisible by unchecking visibility on Surfacing/rendering. With College Hair however, none of that works. Too bad too, it seems to be a great hair product.

    To get rid of the posing handles go to the surface tab ,make sure to be clicked on the hair in the scene tab too,but in the surface tab ,click on the hair  handle should be in there ,then just dial down the opacity.

    If you AutoFit the hair to one of the Genesis figures then the handles will no longer be separate body parts, which is why you can't turn their visibility off as bones.
