Help, Cutout Opacity Offset does not work!

As shown in the figure, the Cutout Opacity Offset parameter does not function as it should, and the Cutout Opacity does not change during rendering. What is going on here?

    Which product is that from?

    You should set the offset as a decimal number, e.g. 0.1. Else you are moving it in whole segments and will not be visible.
