Iray: Setting to show % more often?

There's a number of settings in Iray I haven't touched, like updates... Will any of these show the % of convergence more often?  (and is there a way to have %covenrgence put in the log as well, rather than just itteration #?)

I haven't been able to see any pattern to how often the render progress popup shows the % number, it seems to vary. I think the Update setting is only for specifying how often the popup gets updated; note that the displayed number of iterations skips a lot.
