how do I get back onto my main list of content please?

I not sure what I did here but it seems I cannot go back into my main list of content on the left. What do I select to go back into it please?

Click on the little box with a triangle and lines, click Content DB Maintenance then Re-Import Metadata. If that doesn't fix it you may need Reset Database first then re-import metadata. If all else fails just go to Window / Panes (Tabs) / Content Library and dock the new pane. Properly installed and mapped content will always show in the Content Library pane so it is worth having open in order to troubleshoot problems.
