how can I apply these with the LIE?

I purchased the 'hybrid grunge bundle' and the 'LIE wound pack'. Have installed them both but I have an issue now in that I don't know where to find them in order to actually apply these to the surfaces of my work. I click on the 'add layer' in LIE but don't know where to look to add these things. Can anyone help here please?

I have the Hybrid Grunge Bundle - they are shader presets that overlay the existing textures on an object. Like other such presets, you need to select the object in the SCENE tab and select the material zone you want to apply them to in the SURFACES tab, then double click on preset you want to apply. They don't seem to have smart content, so to find the presets you need to look in your Content Library under "Shaders" - "Hybrid Grunge" ...

ETA: You don't actually need to go into the LIE yourself, the grungyness is added on for you.

In the Content Library pane's search field, search for "rust runny.ds" (one of the shaders/presets included in the Rust-icator part of the bundle.)  Right-click on the thumbnail and select Categorize, then click on each of the highlighted categories to follow the path to wherever it is in your system.  Once you know where that one is, cancel out and navigate normally through the Content Library to that point, hopefully all the other content thumbnails from that product will be in the same spot if you haven't moved them, and probably the other parts of the bundle will be nearby.
