how do you open the Layer Image Editor please?

I heard its already built into Daz 4.8 but I don't know how to open it. How do I open it please can you give me screenshots on what to do? thx.

    It should be in any image menu in the Surfaces pane - select the surface, find the property you want to apply the layered image to (usually with a plain map already applied), click the mini-thumbnail to open the menu and select Layered Image Editor.
