how can you apply a morph injection into V4?

I have a file for a character face for V4 called 'Lara_Head_INJ.pz2' (and yes I know V4 is an old figure but I just am using it for now) but I don't know how to apply this to V4 in daz. Do I have to put it in a certain daz file somewhere and click on it in daz or? please someone tell me.

Put it in a folder under [content library name] > Runtime > Libraries > Pose

Load V4

Go to Content Library > Poser Formats > [content library name] > Pose

Apply the morph injection.
