Baby clothes for genesis or genesis 2?

Specifically, I'm looking for a good onesie (creeper, bodysuit ...I don't know what the official name for it is).  I found one for K4 but it's not quite right when fitting it to later generation figures.  Any suggestions?

I was thinking more along the lines of short sleeves, no legs and a center snap.  Do you have anything like that?
