can the LIE be used on all models including genesis?

Was wondering when I use the Layer Image Editor, can it work on ALL models? whether it be the M4/V4 models to genesis 2 and 3 models? does it work like this? is it still the main program for doing this job?

    If you're adding makup or scars or something, you should be sure that the add-ons use the same UV's

    Otherwise, yes, LIE works on anything with an image map.
