if I sell products on Daz, i can sell those same products on other marketplace?, don´t find answer, or don´t know where to find that answer...
No, items (other than resell items, generally software) sold at DAZ must be exclusives.
I have seen items sold her that have been pulled and moved elswewhere. Primarily hivewire, and content paradise.
Actually, it says so here: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/publishing/pa_info/start
"DAZ 3D offers an Exclusive Licensing Agreement to all artists whose submitted work is accepted. This agreement contains arrangements for a 50% royalty to be paid to the legal licensor/artist each month. This agreement requires that the artist's licensed products be sold exclusively by DAZ 3D, Inc. via DAZ 3D's online store. Please contact the DAZ 3D publishing Department via [email protected] for further information regarding such an agreement."
Dreamlight has sold/gives away some products on his site that are also available at DAZ, usually by selling it there prior to launching it here, and there are a number of vendors who have slightly different variants of the same thing at two different sites... a V4 or Genesis version here and a Dawn version elsewhere, etc. Mostly though, yes, it's the result of vendors moving product from one store to another... Ironman13 recently moved a number of products from Rendo to DAZ, for example, and some of Badkittehs items that used to be at DAZ that HAD gone to RDNA just moved to Renderosity.
Reality is sold in several stores.
Software and other items like tutorials can be sold elsewhere **if** it is negotiated first in the contract and not sold for a lower price elsewhere. I believe Reality was originally pulled from the store because of the exclusitivity agreement, but returned through renegotiation of the broker contract. But your sales have to support it, so a PA can't just sell items elsewhere without it getting pulled. Other stores will do the same if they marked it for exclusive but sell the same item elsewhere.
But for most people wishing to sell, the answer will be a definite no.
