DUF to JPG or how to edit or create a DUF file

Ok, here is the question. I've been out of 3D for 2 years due to an illness. How do you edit or create a DUF file? In Poser I just used Photoshop. Now what do I do? Seems their making things more difficult to keep folks from doing on their own.
