    I actually saw an ad on youtube recently that had a twenty-something LIttle Red Riding Hood at home, hawking dietary-supplement shakes... and the Wolf swallowerd Grandma whole when Red glanced away for a second.  It actually ended with the wolf persuading Grandma-in-his-stomache (who was alive and talking this whole time) to finish knitting the scarf, then he upchucked it back out to give to Red.

    There are some very creative and funny commercials out there today.  laugh

    @lou_harper Thank you for pointing it out, didn't notice this nice outfit. Though honestly can't see the difference with others of the same kind and why it surprises you I mean sexy outfits are everywhere. This one is probably not too practical for walking the forest to grandma, but hey, it's once upon a time in a far far away land with magical fairies so may be high heels can fly the mud.

    I'm scratching my head at why it's such a farce that there is a sexy "Red Riding Hood" outfit for Halloween. I've see girls wearing regular lingerie, lace lingerie, g-string bikinis', all types of BDSM leather outfits, playboy bunnies and many more. All from ages 10 (which is sickening) up to adult.

    that is much darker and disturbing, the outfit is just generic DAZ skimpwear

    Thank you Wendy - I was beginning to think I was an outlier although I guess there is some justification in the fact that Halloween has a dark/horror theme so the severed head fits that narrative. Still, I'm flummoxed by people who are offended by even mild sexualisation but quite happy to buy into violence and gore.

    That contradiction (would use a much stronger word personally)  is manifest everyday and every second  and all around.  Daz sales gets to enjoy that dance, I'm sure, all the time.  Think there's alot of people who would totally agree with you (myself big-time), but it's everywhere and constant so leave it to those who want to take time to point out "contradictions".  It's endless really.  Kudos to those who make the time.
