Tools for freckles that work with iray?

Hi all!

I've traditionally manually added freckles to textures through photoshop, but they never look very good. Are there any tools or products that can overlay freckles to existing textures and work in iray?

Skin Overlay can add lots of little details. Admittedly, I think freckles is basically just one pattern, if that's important.

I thought I read that it didn't work on iray!

It's a set of texture overlays, those should be renderer-agnostic.

LIE works in IRay, too...

It's more of getting the overlays to match the UV layot of the model than anything else.

Pardon my interruption.... but d'you mean like this?  Iray test with customized Gen 2 character and the above skin/freckles in abundance.

(Trying to fix the annoying Iray powerdry skin problem... Doesn't look too bad in my humble opinion)
