Pose Builder ... how is it used?

OK I bought Pose Builder (for V4 and M4) because it sounded like a useful application. But how do you use it? Start with the very basics please, unfortunately not covered in the PDF tutorial that comes with it: How do I get into the program / script? Once I'm there I should be able to figure it out. But so far I can't find how to get into the "script that has 5 tabs..." So while from the tutorial I now know that,

 

"Pose sets created with this product can be sold only if the poses used are of your own creation. You may not mix and match poses from other Vendors\PA's and re-sell unless permission is given."

 

(Thanx that's really what I need in a tutorial.)

 

What I need is: How do I get to the mentioned 5 tabs so that I CAN create pose sets which I then can't re-sell (no intention of doing that anyway) unless permission is given.
