Embrace Hair

Does anyone own Brace hair and have tried to use it, mine doesn't work, I see it's still in the store but not available to download.  I'm going to submit a ticket just wondering if anyone else is having the problem.

    The product itself some of the textures are missing and the morphs do not work, I reinstalled the exe but no fix, and daz seems to have removed the downloads from the product library, so it just shows the information and stuff no lacking the downloads

    Items shouldn't be removed from the library  -try searchin by SKU (5605 if you mean http://www.daz3d.com/embrace-hair-pak ).

    It's not entirely removed if I click the download button next to the product when searching the store it takes me to it but there are no downloads available, I bought the mega pack that had the hair pack and master pack

    Please open a support ticket then, it sounds as if there may perhaps be an issue with associations.

    You can purchase a product multiple times, but you shouldn't have to do that, you already own the product.

    Open a support ticket so that they know that the download is not working and can fix it.

    I've been working with support the last couple days I'm just thinking repurchasing will be the easiest solution, granted in not left in the same situation

    There's no guarantee the download on the repurchased version would work better though...

    I have Embrace hair  and Embrace hair masterpack in my Product library, and both have download buttons, manual and DIM ones.   You do not need to repurchase,  CS should be able to get you sorted out.

    Got it sorted out, I purchased the mega bundle and somehow it changed orwas no longer offered it must of caused a glitch, but it's fixed now and new files are working
