It's not a native Studio item. It appears to have been designed by DeniEl Black at Artstation https://denielblack.artstation.com/ -- he has a store attached with clothes in different formats. Looks like you'd have to buy the setup and then make the clothes somehow. I'm not exactly sure how his stuff works or what the formats are, but it looks like he works in Clo3D to produce clothing, and that is some moderately expensive monthly subscription software. 

Otherwise, all I can suggest is filing a ticket to ask Daz to ask Havanalibere about it.
