Why V7 HD add-on is not part of the V7 Pro bundle?
When do we finally get the complete figures as bundle (included with the need morphs, gens and figure HD add ons) forget the hair, clothes that people don't really need or want.
Or are the sells of all other objects here that whorse?

V7, V7 HD, Morphs bundle, expressions, poses, a set of decent clothing, one or two hair models and one or two characters... now that would make a good Pro bundle.
Because marketing, of course.
WHY? Because they were released at different times.
HD shapes are always released separately from the starter and pro bundles. As RCDeschene says, it is marketing...
To get more money from DAZ users. I do agree a pro bundle should have the HD morphs though. At least more so, than the consumer grade skimpwear that is included.
true, but 'm very sure they where finished when V7 was created, as it's nothing more then a Zbrush layer.
so they could perfectly be available in the Pro bundle when the bundle was launched.
Can you please correct your post, to correct your quote. I did not say what you are saying I said.
The new forum is not very clear, in reply.... with quote's.
Click quote, then go to the post panel and click below the quote, you will see a nic red arrow which tells you where to start typing.
Oh and thankyou for correcting that.
BTW if the HD stuff had been availalbe earlier, then it would have been released earlier. And PAs would be doing more HD characters.
my approach is this. Buy the G3F morph packs and expressions, skip the V7 propack. You get a lot more mileage this way. I did end up getting the V7 HD add on even though I think it's kind of milking it, but I understand why they do it. The release date is not relevant, we should all know Daz holds products until they decide to release them.
They do it because not everyone will want to pay extra for HD morphs. But some will. So instead of increasing the price of the base figure, they split it out.(though base figure prices have climbed up over the years IIRC). If HD morphs don't sell well, they could stop making them for some figures. If they include HD morphs as part of the base package, people would complain if they opted to stop.
My complaint is more around the actual pricing of the HD morphs. But I brought that up in another thread so I'll leave it alone.
I don't buy propacks until they are 85% off. I don't need all that filler content anyway.
