Genesis 2 Head Shape

I have been unable to get a narrow shape head, it always seems pretty round.

Is it impossible or have I missed something?

    Hmm, if the morphs don't give the desired effect, you could always unhide the dails/sliders and use the x-scale to make it more narrow.
