40% Featured Catalogue Sale not working

The 40% off featured artist catalogue isn't working. I put a EJ item in my cart, went to check out and only the summer sale is working. I logged out and back in again, but it didn't help.

    Are you sure it wasn't a new item?

    The sale is working. If an item qualifies for the 40% off discount, then the discount tag will show on that item in the artist's catalog/store. New releases that are less than 60 days old and PC+ items do not qualify for the 40% discount.
