La Dolce Vita Bar: Where's the background?

Does anyone know how you get the background for La Dolce Vita Bar? When you use the 'complete' set, it just puts the bar and all the bottles in the scene. You don't have all the stone work and shelves.

It doesn't say there's any other required product to use it.

It should have noted the restaurant as necessary for the stone walls.

In the store images it is placed in http://www.daz3d.com/la-dolce-vita-restaurant . You can of course use it with another scene to provide the room, though for me the two arched shelving nooks are included.
