Multiple Image Saves?
So I have rendered an Iray image.
I want to save the image multiple times, with different Tone Mapping settings.
However, the minute I use the Save button, the image closes. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Not as far as I am aware. You migth try rendering to a canvas, using the Advacned tab, so that you get an .exr file which has the full range of values in it and therefore offers more scope for adjustment in an editor.
The render will be stored in the Render Editor (Render menu) where you can make adjustments to colors etc., and save multiple times.
Also saving to an exr will allow for external tone mapping.
You can use File - Save Last Render...That one doesnt close image window.
Thank you for the assistance. The Canvas option seems to do what I need. I had no idea what that function did before this.
Okay, new (but related) question...
Photoshop seems to hate the EXR files that DS produces. This doesn't appear to be a new issue (or isolated to DS) since the Adobe forums are awash with arguments regarding Photoshop's implementation.
Is there another program that anyone can recommend for tweaking the EXR values and exporting out a JPG? Is Gimp any better at EXR implementation?
For general compositing work I've seen both BlackMagic Fusion and Autodesk® Composite recommended, though I have yet to try either.

Thanks. I will look into those.
I was really surprised at Photoshop's implementation. I was expecting something similar to their Camera RAW function, but instead I got error messages and blank images. I know there is no problem with the EXR files themselves, since I can open them fine in other programs.
Okay, I discovered some surprises regarding Photoshop's EXR compatibility...
1. Photoshop's default EXR is pretty bad.
2. An addin called "ProEXR" seems to provide the best results.
3. In Windows Photoshop throws "data errors" sometimes when trying to open EXR files.
a. Open up the properties panel for the Photoshop EXR plugin. Right click. Enable if blocked.
b. Right click the EXR file. Turn off Read Only. Enable if necessary.
