Animate 2 Edit Splines?

I'm trying to adjust aniblock splines but when I click on the Animate 2 tool the figures animate 2 circle doesn't show in the display nor can I find the view tab to open the spline controls. I've looked for a tab in the Windows section but can't find anything other than the Animate 2 constraints tab. How do I edit splines? I've watched the Animate 2 video but can't find the controls mentioned in it.
