My order isn't showing up in the downloads

I just purchased the Enchanted Forest by Stonemason, but it won't appear in "my downloadable products". I have the invoice and everything. What should I do?

    There is a link to the products on the invoice you were sent, but they will appear in your downloadble products page too.

    If they are still not there, try logging out of the site, and logging in again.

    There was a bit of a slow down in the site earlier. We assume this was casued by them doing some work in the "back room" It should be all OK now if you check your downloads again.

    I have had this a couple of times recently and when the downloads do turn up I find I have two of each file.
