Trouble with Maxi skirt

I recently purchased it and I like it, but I can't seem to make heads or tails of the parameter adjustments and am having trouble adjusting the skirt to go with the figure's poses.

How do I adjust it, so that the skirt isn't off to the side like that, and her leg doesn't go through it?  Sorry the image is so small, but I can't figure out how to make it bigger either.

 

Update:  Through some experimentation with the Genesis 3 model starter pack, I've found the outfit a little easier to adjust on Genesis 3.  At least with the G3 basic poses anyway.
