Discount not representing amount of punches

As someone who has has 20 punches I seem only to be getting 15% if new items and only 30% non new items, it seems the discount has never accurately represent the amount of punches I've had, when I had 15 puches I'm sure I only got 10% and only got 5% when I had 10 punches. Is there an issue with the summer savings offer or is it just me as I've put stuff like

which come up as being $7.67 but in the shopping cart is $6.52 which is 15% off not $6.17 which is the 20% off!

Was hoping to get some of today flash sale items but will have to settle for a lesser discount!

You might need to log out, wait a couple minutes and log back in.
Then refresh your cart. This worked for me and was a tip I picked up here on another thread.
