Still problems with the "Required Products" field

There's still a problem with the "Required Products" field disappearing at random, is this being looked into? The problem's been there for at least 2 years now.

Example: you're viewing a product page, it says "Required Product: (whatever)". Then you refresh the page, and poof, the field is gone, and doesn't come back no matter what you do. Later the same day or next day it may be back again, if you view the page.

It seems to be happening at random, the example below is one I caught a while ago, but I cannot reproduce it today with that page.

Doesn't seem to be browser related as IE, Chrome and FireFox all seem to produce the same results at a given time.

    Forgot to say that it happened to me again today with another item (field gone when doing a page refresh), that's why I started the thread.

    Have you tried a "hard page refresh"?

    Hold "control" and press "f5" on windows (probably "command + f5" on a mac).

    That may help. Alternative is to clear cache, or cache and cookies.

    But I agree it should not happen at all!

    Thanks, but I've tried everything I can think of. I've seen it several times, it seems to happen at random, AFAIR no only if you refresh the page but also if you close it and reopen it later.
