Monks Robes for Genesis 2 Male(s)

Regarding Monks Robes for Genesis 2 by Predatron, I am looking for a robe similar to the angel robe for V4 and M4 but am having a difficult time finding one. Well was wondering if the hood is separate from the main robe? Can I make the Hood completly disappear from the main robe? For example, Can the main robe be added itself? or If I go to surfaces can I make the hood transparent? or Can the hood be selected in the geometry editor and therefore be made invisible? And of course if the entire hood is transparent is the robe underneath a full robe meaning does it go to the neck and look like a complete robe?

There are no images I can find on this and If it is possible I do not know why Predatron would not have added some images of his separate robe- because then that would make the robe for many periods and just about for anyone. But anyway if anyone can help please do?

Why not use that, then? The Angel robes can't easily be fit-to directly onto a Genesis figure, but once you've got it posed to look roughly right, running the drape will smooth everything out and it should look just as good as it does on the original M4 figure it was made for. The only major problem might be if the Genesis figure is a significantly different size or shape from the M4 base.

Well, I want a robe for more than just one character and one pose. I have many characters that need robes and being that the angel robe takes time for the draping and then sometimes it doesn't come out right, i just thought it would be easier and faster to get a robe that actually fits the character and poses well. I figure the Monks robe would do the trick.
I also figured If I use the angel robe I could just use M4 for the posing and then substitute the G2 character in and hide the body parts that poke through.

But I am just looking for a robe that fits G2 and the monks robe looks like a winner. I am surprised the robes I would really want to buy only works with V4 or M4... no updates. very surprising!

Yeah, that's one problem I've had with dynamic clothing. The amount of time to get it right is significant, and trying to coordinate a lot of different characters... oof.

Dynamics with multiple characters in the scene can get a bit fiddly; here's a test scene I set up a couple of years ago with three A3-based figures each wearing a different V4 dynamic dress. It helps a lot if you have the full Dynamic Control plugin, not just the free one that comes with D|S.
