How do I apply gen mats to G2M gens from conveted M4 skins?

Okay so, I converted m4 skins with http://www.daz3d.com/m4-skins-batch-converter-to-genesis-2-male-s
It took me a while to figure out how to make it work but I managed to get the skins I wanted working in Poser
however I can't seem to do the same with gen skins.
For one, there doesn't seem to be an option to apply the gen mat to the g2m gen figure. There seem to be no gen mats at all even though I selected the entire folder and converted everything.
But still, no gen mats...
Also I have a specific mat set specifically for m4 gens and I converted that folder too, but there is absolutely nothing listed in the daz library at all. It's a bunch of folders but when I open them nothing is there.
So why isn't it converting the gen mats, and what can I do about it?
I even tried loading the main mat for one of my converted M4 skins to the g2m gen and of course it looked ridiculous. It had ears and stuff, lol.
But right now I seem to be stuck using M4 gens...
Any way to fix this?

It is a manual process. All the script generators (and half the people who create skins) like to pretend that males don't have genitals. The M4 Genitals UV map takes up half the vertical image, while the G2Male takes up the full height. What I do is
    1. load a G2Male map into Photoshop (or any other layered paint program) and load M4 Map as well.
    2. Then I crop the M4 Texture Map so that the "Base to Tip" and "side to side" completely fill the crop. (The M4 Texture Map will look vertically squashed)
    3. I resize the M4 Texture Map to the same proportions (or pixels) of the GG2Male texture map.
    4. I then copy the M4 Texture Map into the G2Male Texturemap as an overlay to make sure everything lines up. Then I save the M4 Texture map and load it into either Daz Studio Diffuse or Poser Pro Texturemap.

AH! One more thing. I load a different Gen2Male Genital map onto the boy bits first so that all the other settings go right, then I go to the Gen2Male Genital Surface Diffuse setting and load in my saved custom texture map. It's an important step because it loads the correct transparencies and bump maps.

    Handy hint this
after fussing around trying to do the opposite with the UV in Ultimate Unwrap 3D and screaming will give it a go.

There are specific instructions on how to apply the genital mats in the .pdf that should have been included in the Readme folder of your DAZ Library. It is titled "17664_michael-4-for-genesis-2-male.pdf". I had to do it this way to make the gens textures fit the G2M geograft. Anyway, if you can't find the document, here is a link to it:

I hope the explanation works out for you :)
