EVGA XC Gaming RTX 3060

Does anyone have this GPU ? It's the version with the backplate, not the XC Black model. How does it perform ? What are the temperatures and noise in rendering and gaming ? I am asking, because I bought it for a good price from Amazon and I am waiting for it to be delivered. I don't do anything hardcore with my GPU, that's why I only considered the 3060, if I could get it for a decent price. I specifically chose EVGA, because they're known for a good RMA process unlike other manufacturers, in case there are some issues with the card.
