DIM doesn't work anymore - login issue
I am a long time Daz user.
Out of nowhere, DIM does not recognise my login details. I read on the forums that I should try to change my password. I just did that, however I still cannot log in. My new password does NOT contain any special characters, only letters and numbers. The old password used to be over 25 characters long. The new is slighlty shorter, around 16-19 characters.
I also checked if the EULA is signed.
Please note: I also tried to install DIM on my laptop, but I have the same problem. I need help ASAP!
My system:
2013 Mac Pro
mac OS 10.14.6 (Mojave)
DIM 1.4.0.80
Note about macOS: I cannot upgrade the macOS, as my Wacom drawing screen would not work with the new macOS. So I need to stay on Mojave. But this should not be an issue, this setup was 100% functional until now. This is something in your system.

The exact error message: "Unable to login to the specified account. Verify the email and/or password and try again."
In short, there is some work being done on the Mac servers- see other threads.
The problem is now resolved. I just tried it and DIM works for Mac owners.

ps. if it's true that they were doing maintanance, it's fine, but there should be some email communications 1-2 weeks before. I do rely on the software for making illustrations, and I need to know about a planned downtime.
