Install issue drives me crazy

I installed Daz Studio without an issue yesterday and found it ate lots of rooms of my C drive. Thus, I uninstalled and tried to re-install today, but I can't do it any longer with this message.

It's saying that the folder you have set for downloads in Install Manager is on a drive that is, as far the drive letter used to identify it goes, not connected today - it may be connected but showing with a different drive letter.
